President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in senior HR, IT and business transformation roles, Brian Daly brings a wealth of expertise and capability in fostering excellence through people, culture and organization.
His experience encompasses senior assignments with union and non-union Canadian and global organizations, with stints in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to founding his firm, for ten years Brian was Chief Human Resources Officer for Toronto Star Media Group. Earlier, he led a global HR transformation initiative for Exxon Mobil Corporation. He also held a series of senior HR roles with Imperial Oil Limited, including creation of the company’s innovative capability development, diversity and inclusion programs.
Brian holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelors in Clinical Psychology, both from McGill University. He holds the Certified HR Executive (CHRE) designation, a Certificate in Workplace Investigations and is trained in workplace mental health.
Brian is Vice President and Treasurer, and a member of the National Board of Directors, of the Strategic Capability Network, a leading Canadian association of HR leaders. He is a frequent speaker and author on HR and workplace issues.
